Though intermittent fasting does not restrict food group, I do heard people on paleo diet gain outstanding results. I once recommended a book called The Paleo Diet - The Original Human Diet in this post and received encouraging feedback.

Read and enjoyed your entire blog. I'm just down the road in The Center. I've been fasting 6 weeks now (dinner to dinner two/three times a week) and down 11 pounds. Keep us updated and maybe I'll stop by the pool one lunch break to check you out in that blue bathing suit. Cheers. -joel

ReplyDelete11 pounds in 6 weeks is good result. Keep going. See you at the pool. FYI, my office moved away from PP, I had to shift my swimming session to after work. See you after 6.30pm. Pool water worn off three swimming suits a year, I'm no longer in blue.
