Despite all of the diet pills and weight loss supplements on
the market most people would still much rather have an effective natural weight

That’s why intermittent fasting, or IF, is so great. Fasting just once
or twice per week for a 24 hour period is highly effective and will get your
insulin levels low enough for your body to shed fat.
